What: Anti-Inflammatory Summer Tonic by Tia Tomashek

Benefits: Turmeric and black pepper together have key active ingredients that are anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, disease-fighting, and aids in digestion. The black pepper allows better absorption of the key compound in turmeric known as curcuminoids.

Ingredients:

  • Turmeric black pepper drops

  • Mineral Water

  • Fresh Orange

  • Fresh Lemon

  • Ice optional

How to: Pour your mineral water, squeeze your fruit in, add drops of the turmeric black pepper tincture, and stir. Add ice if you want it cooler.
