Start your morning off with this hydrating, refreshing smoothie.

What: Pineapple Refresh Smoothie by Tia Tomashek

Benefits: Pineapple helps aid in digestion by cleaning the body’s organs and blood. Spirulina works to detox your liver, and the lemon is cleansing, the cucumber and coconut are hydrating, and ginger is a powerful anti-inflammatory and anti-viral.

Ingredients:

1 cup Water or Coconut Water

Fresh cut Ginger

Handful of frozen pineapple

Handful of cucumber

Spirulina or a handful of Spinach

1/2 lemon squeeze

How to: Add all of the ingredients together, blend, and enjoy!
