What does this perfect fall recipe have in common with Immortelle?

Pumpkin. This super ingredient in Immortelle is rich in Vitamin E, zinc, Omega 3- and 6-, fatty acids, antioxidants. Helping to retain moisture, fight free radicals. The high amount of zinc and E improve skin tone, help wounds heal, fight acne, and assist with skin renewal.

What: Pumpkin Bowl (love this in the am!) by Tia Tomashek

Benefits: Pumpkin is loaded with nutrients. The Vitamin C content boosts the immune system and increases white blood cell production. It’s high in beta-carotene and your body turns this into Vitamin A.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Pumpkin

1 frozen Banana

1 tbs ground flax seed

1 tsp cinnamon

1 pitted date

1 cup simple 3 ingredient almond milk (or oat milk)

Toppings: Nuts of choice, granola, pepitas, almond butter, drizzle of honey

How to: Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender, pour into a bowl, and add your toppings!

Topped ours with granola, walnuts, a bit more cinnamon sprinkled on top with a drizzle of honey.
