The Power of Using Visualization

We can visualize anything when our mind is quiet from all the noise. We can use visualization as a tool to prepare for something, to manifest, to heal, protect ourselves, and much more.
When we dive deep into visualization, our brain doesn’t know the difference between what’s real and what is not, especially the more we sink into the sensations of that experience (feel, see, hear, taste, and smell). The brain actually believes it is occurring and releases dopamine and serotonin, as well as can create new neural pathways overtime. That being said, if you have experienced situations from your past that have influenced you to think limited and in return have been experiencing these limitations within your reality, visualization can help you overcome these limitations and help you achieve things that may have seemed impossible prior. The more you evolve your core beliefs and the more you emotionally and energetically feel what you are visualizing when in this meditative state of mind, the closer you become to actually experiencing it in your reality. This visualization technique not only creates more confidence and more action steps to occur in your reality, but energetically attunes you to it.
Some ways I use visualization…
As an empath, I create a visualization within my minds’ eye of golden, light energy around my entire being when faced with energy I do not wish to absorb and protect myself from, especially when around a lot of people. I also use visualization to clear any energy I have absorbed after long days, when not well or when I don’t feel like myself in general.
I use visualization to get clear, and in detail about what I want, as most of the time we have a general idea about what we want, but the more clear and intentional we are, the more we look for and attract opportunities that align. This is a part of my manifestation process.
I use a visualization process to ground myself when I haven’t had a lot of time to be in nature. I envision being in nature, feet on the earth or sitting on the earth, receiving all the healing benefits from mother earth. Transforming energy, letting go of energy and receiving energy while in this peaceful visualization (jungle, forest, beach, the mountains).
I use visualization when guiding clients through custom meditation experiences to help heal, create new choices, move through old patterns of habit and much more. I always recommend listening to your custom meditation daily to evolve the subconscious beliefs, as Dr. Bruce Lipton and Dr. Joe Dispenza has been studying visualization for over 35 years and their research indicates that our minds, our thoughts, and our subconscious beliefs have a direct effect on our body and our environment. The more we tap into the emotions of the experiences we are visualizing and really FEEL like we are there, the more our brains believe it as true.
There are so many ways to use visualization and the more you quiet the noise in the mind, sink deep into visualization, feel the emotional experience and are intentional while there, the more it transforms your reality and how you move through life.
